Hi all, I had an issue with the 3cx extension on chrome browser on Chromebook. I already installed the 3cx extension on Chrome browser. When I make a call using the 3cx extension on chrome browser, in the middle of a conversation on call suddenly the 3cx extension is closed and the call is disconnected and then the 3cx extension popped up open again.

YleiskatsausThe 3CX browser extension provides click2call from any website or CRM system for 3CX PBX users. The 3CX browser extension provides click2call from any website or CRM system for 3CX PBX users. With the 3CX extension, Click2Call functionality enables telephone numbers on any webpage or CRM system to be ‘hyperlinked’ allowing a simple click to initiate the call instead of copying and pasting. When setting up the extension, the extension options include the choice for the number to be passed to the 3CX Web Client or 3CX Softphone for Windows. Additionally, included within the settings is an ‘Exclusion list’ where you can set specific URLs in which you do not want the numbers to be ‘hyperlinked’. Important: This extension is only for use with 3CX V20, and is not a standalone extension.TiedotVersio5.0.0.171Päivitetty30. heinäkuuta 2024Tekijä:3CXKoko251KiBKieletKehittäjä Sähköposti [email protected] kuin elinkeinonharjoittajaKehittäjä ei ole tunnistautunut elinkeinonharjoittajaksi. It all started when I had to re-provision the receptionist's Cisco SPA502G with side car SPA500S. When programing the side car BLF's, It seems that the 3cx admin interface is limited to displaying the first 16 extensions configured on the system. In my case, we have over 30 (#100-105 + #221-250) extensions so this presents a problem as I cannot select extensions past a certain number, in my case extension 233. This problem does also apply to any client attempting to self-configure their BLFs with a number higher than that extension. Is there a way to manually edit the BLF extension assignment, maybe editing some hidden xml or conf file somewhere? I already attempted to configure the BLF using the phone's web interface but that section is not available since is provisioned by the 3cx.Thanks beforehand for any help you can give me.Fred LarracuenteGuaynabo, Puerto Ricowww.strongholdcorp.net Last edited: May 8, 2019 #2 FYI, It has to do with the browser. #1 Hi, I have 3CX installed on a Raspberry and have connected a Grandstream ATA (HT802) on the same LAN. In 3CX I have set the SIP port to 6060 and the RTP ports, as default to 9000-10999. In the Grandstream ATA GUI, I see Local SIP port and Local RTP port. Shall I set the same port numbers on the Grandstream as the 3CX, i.e. Local SIP port to 6060 and RTP port as any port inside 9000-10999, or something else? I am only using FXS Port 1. In case something else, should I forward those two port on the router to the Grandstream ATA IP? In the router I have forwarded all 3CX ports to the 3CX IP and the firewall checker is passed OK. Thanks. Saqqara Bronze Partner Basic Certified #3 Thanks, I have configured/provisioned as suggested, can make outgoing and receive incoming. I note the SIP port is set back to 5060 and RTP back to 5004 on the Grandstream GUI. Shall I now forward those port to Grandstream's IP on the router? Saqqara Bronze Partner Basic Certified #4 You do not have to do anything on the router, as the 3CX and HT802 are all local (on same network) Saqqara Bronze Partner Basic Certified #5 What are you trying to do with the HT802 ? #6 I am connecting a Panasonic DECT phone to the HT802, and will use it as a VoIP handset. Is it happening on many computers or only one ? #5 It happened on mine (Ubuntu), and I saw it at least on two Windows 10 computers. #6 Hi Francois,It sounds like the extension cannot fully load, its waiting for a connection while you see the logo.Is there anything on your network that may impede communication to the PBX HTTPS port?If you uninstall the extension, can you run your webclient directly with no issue?
2025-03-30#1 Hi, I have 3CX installed on a Raspberry and have connected a Grandstream ATA (HT802) on the same LAN. Saqqara Bronze Partner Basic Certified #7 Can you see the extension number registered in the 'Extension' page within 3CX management console ?Has the Ht802 been provisioned correctly, can you access the HT802 frontend using the default username and password ?Can you do a an echo test by dialling *777 on the phone - this will check network connection to the 3CX server Last edited: Jun 8, 2020 #8 I can see the extension registered OK in 3CX, green dot. I cannot log in to the HT802 UI with default settings, but I can log in using 'admin' and the password set by 3CX under 'Device Web Page Password'. The echo test on *777 works fine.
