In equipped serving offices, a pre-recorded message replaces the busy tone and provides end users with a reminder of the functionality of Auto Redial service and the ability to invoke the service by entering a single digit. AvailabilityUsage Sensitive Auto Redial service is automatically provisioned on all Residence and small Business EU lines, unless an EU specifically requests that the service be blocked, or the line has subscription based Auto Redial service activated.
