User. Key word user.Your could essentially use 150 CAPs and upload your roster. Then select a different profile on your PS4 use 150 CAPs and upload that roster. That would give 300 CAPS, and essentially make 30 full (10 man) teams. If it doesn't work with profiles, someone could download a full roster, and then another guy can add the rest. I only added 10 players to the roster I downloaded, and I am not 100% sure that there wasn't actually 150 CAPs on the roster (didn't count each one).
