OnePager imports the key milestones directly from Smartsheet and builds a phase gate timeline in just a few minutes. 15-Day Free Trial OnePager integrates with Smartsheet to create eye-catching, data-driven timelines in flash. Once you have imported your Smartsheet plan into OnePager, you can adjust shapes, colors, swimlanes, layouts, and more. Don't have OnePager yet? Download a 15-day trial and follow along with the instructions below to get started: Begin by opening your first Smartsheet plan. This example shows several phases, each with a phase gate milestone that we want to display on our timeline. You can filter your Smartsheet project so that only selected tasks and milestones appear in your timeline. To do this, we've added a OnePager checkbox field to Smartsheet, checked the boxes next to each phase gate milestone, and saved the Smartsheet project: To add a checkbox column to Smartsheet, right-click on the Task Name column, choose Insert Column Left, and create a Checkbox column named OnePager. If you plan to build your phase gate timeline from multiple Smartsheet projects, repeat the previous step so that all of the Smartsheet projects feeding the timeline have their phase gates checked for import into OnePager. Now, go to your desktop or Windows Start menu, and launch OnePager: When the OnePager start screen appears, click on New to start building a new timeline from Smartsheet: On the import wizard, choose Select > BROWSE Smartsheet: If you've never logged into Smartsheet from OnePager before, Smartsheet will ask you for your username and password: After logging in, Smartsheet will ask you whether you want to Allow OnePager to access your Smartsheet data. Once you click Allow, OnePager should be able to log into Smartsheet automatically going forward so that you don't have to keep entering your username and password each time. Now, select. I cannot seem to embed a map I created for a specific use (client locations) and is saved in "my places" via Google Maps -- Even though there is an option to get an embed code ( width="640" height="480">)or a Share link ( only one that works is the non customized map ( width="600" height="450" frameborder="0" style="border:0" allowfullscreen>)Which isn't helpful at all as I want to display all the clients locations. 0 · Share on FacebookShare on Twitter Andrée Starå Community Champion 10/10/18 edited 10/10/18 Ok. Makes sense because I think that Smartsheet has to add it to allowed links. Would be a great feature and also the Smartsheet Labs Maps would be great to be able to show in a dashboard. Please request it thru the link below.Web Content Widget Addition Request SMARTSHEET EXPERT CONSULTANT & PARTNERAndrée Starå | Workflow Consultant / CEO @ WORK BOLDW: www.workbold.com | E:[email protected] | P: +46 (0) - 72 - 510 99 35Feel free to contact me for help with Smartsheet, integrations, general workflow advice, or anything else.0 · Share on FacebookShare on Twitter Erik_G ✭✭ 02/08/22 Hi Kristin!Smartsheet has a very limited number of sources that can be embedded to the web content widget. Recently, Mapsly was added to this list and now it can be embedded into Smartsheet dashboards. It is a powerful map for geo-location analysis, viewing and editing data rows on the map, territory management, calculation of traveling distance/time, and best-matching rows by complex geo-criteria. It has a free 14-day trial and natively integrates with Smartsheet, so I suggest giving it a trial! 0 · Share on FacebookShare on Twitter Categories All Categories14 Welcome to the Community Customer Resources67.2K Get Help452 Global Discussions155 Industry Talk505 Announcements20 Community Corner Newsletter5.4K

Mindymtle ✭✭ 01/11/19 edited 12/09/19 in Smartsheet Basics I have a large MS Project file with almost 2000 lines and need it to be imported into smartsheet. While doing the automatic import, it seems many of the dates are shifted for an unknown reason and I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Is there a workaround or will I have to manually input this project file's data into smartsheet?
